Forever Paws requires prospective adopters to fill out an adoption contract prior to adoption.
People interested in adopting must come visit the animal IN PERSON - no exceptions will be made.

Please PRINT and MAIL your application to 300 Lynwood Street - Fall River, MA 02721. Two or three applications for a particular animal will be reviewed.
We DO NOT operate on a first come first served basis.
Our goal is always to match animals with the best situation for their individual needs.

An in-person interview will take place with an adoption counselor prior to adoption.
People already owning pet, especially dogs, are encouraged to bring their pet with them to meet the new potential family member PRIOR to adoption.

Every adopter is required to fill out an Adoption Contract before taking home a new pet. Please review the Adoption Contract before considering adoption.
